Entry Level — $750

Direct, high-energy visuals focused entirely on performance.

  • The Vibe: Fast, energetic, run-and-gun performance. No special lighting setups, set design, or storyline skits.

  • Video Quality: Clean 4K or HD video captured in standard footage with a full edit.

  • Crew & Directing: Solo operator (Bryce Howard shoots and directs).

  • Schedule & Time: 1 day, up to 5 hours maximum door-to-door.

  • Locations & Setups: 1 location, up to 3 setups.

  • Lighting: Natural / available ambient light only.

  • Studio & Venue Rentals: Not included. Client covers 100% of any venue fees.

  • Talent & Extras: Client is responsible for bringing and paying their own models, extras, or dancers.

  • HDR Upgrade (Optional): +$250 for full High Dynamic Range mastering.

Type C — $1,200

Expanded scope with multi-day coverage and visual variety.

  • The Vibe: Room for multiple outfit and scene changes, plus the option for a small visual-only skit (no recorded acting dialogue).

  • Video Quality: Clean 4K or HD video captured in standard footage, enhanced color grading, and dynamic editing.

  • Crew & Directing: 1 to 2 people (Bryce Howard + assistant if needed for lighting/complexity).

  • Schedule & Time: Up to 2 days (only the minimum days needed are used; up to 8-hour days).

  • Locations & Setups: Up to 2 locations, up to 3 setups per location.

  • Lighting: Minimal / portable lighting package for quick adjustments.

  • Studio & Venue Rentals: Not included. Client covers 100% of any venue fees.

  • Talent & Extras: Client is responsible for bringing and paying their own models, extras, or dancers.

  • HDR Upgrade (Optional): +$250 for full High Dynamic Range mastering.

Type B — $2,500

The commercial sweet spot: industry lighting, acting skits, and a dedicated director.

  • The Vibe: Polished, broadcast-ready visual featuring an integrated acting skit with recorded dialogue and sound design.

  • Video Quality: Crisp 4K master edit shot in higher-quality Log footage (such as S-Log3) for greater dynamic range, deeper shadows, and advanced commercial color grading.

  • Crew & Directing: Separate camera and lighting team plus an independent Dedicated Director focused entirely on coaching your performance and acting beats.

  • Schedule & Time: Up to 2 days (only the minimum days needed are used; up to 8-hour days).

  • Locations & Setups: Up to 3 locations total, up to 3 setups per location.

  • Lighting: Professional 2- to 3-point cinematic lighting systems.

  • Studio & Venue Rentals: Includes up to a $250 credit (10% of budget) toward your venue or pre-made set rental. Any rental amount exceeding $250 is billed to the client to cover the difference.

  • Talent & Extras: Client is responsible for booking and paying their own models, extras, dancers, or choreographers.

  • HDR Upgrade (Optional): +$500 for full High Dynamic Range mastering.

Type A — Custom Quote (starting at $5k+)

Full-scale cinema production engineered for major visual statements.

  • The Vibe: A mini-movie. High-concept cinematic storylines, custom scene design, multi-character blocking, and cinema audio mixing.

  • Video Quality: Cinema sensor rigs (ARRI, RED, or equivalent cinema bodies) shot in cinema RAW footage where applicable, with a minimum of premium cinema Log footage guaranteed for complete color grading control.

  • Crew & Directing: Full production department (Dedicated Director, Director of Photography, Gaffer, Grip, AC, and Art/PA).

  • Schedule & Time: Up to 5 days (only the minimum days needed are used; up to 8-hour days).

  • Locations & Setups: Up to 3 locations total, tailored to the treatment.

  • Lighting: Full industry grip and electric package.

  • Studio & Venue Rentals: Fully packaged and itemized directly inside your custom quote.

  • Talent & Extras: Casting, booking, and compensation for models, actors, dancers, and choreographers are packaged and itemized directly into your quote.

  • HDR Upgrade (Optional): +$500 for full High Dynamic Range mastering.

Visual Add-On: Ultra-Vivid HDR (High Dynamic Range)

Take your visual to showroom levels. Delivering in HDR unlocks the maximum color spectrum, blinding highlight detail, and ink-deep blacks engineered specifically for modern smartphone displays, OLED panels, and 4K TVs—giving your video that jaw-dropping, ultra-saturated clarity you see running on the demo screens in big-box electronics displays.

  • Entry Level & Type C: +$250

  • Type B & Type A: +$500

(Delivered with YouTube-verified HDR metadata tags so compatible screens automatically trigger full peak brightness upon playback).

How Shoot Days Work: The 8-Hour Rule

For Type C, Type B, and Type A, a full shoot day is capped at 8 hours max from start to finish:

  • Hour 1: Load-in, equipment setup, camera building, and lighting the room.

  • Hours 2 through 7 (Shooting Window): Up to 6 hours of rolling camera time for performances, b-roll, and skits.

  • Hour 8: Breaking down equipment, striking sets, and backing up all video files.

    (Note: Entry Level operates on a condensed schedule of up to 5 total hours).

We Only Use the Time We Need:

These hour caps are daily maximums, not minimum requirements. If all planned scenes, performances, and setups on the shot list are captured to standard in 4 hours, we wrap early. We value your time and will not keep you on set just to burn the clock.

Scheduling: Days vs. Locations

  • Minimum Days Scheduled: Tiers list the maximum days available (e.g., "up to 2 days"). We only book the days needed to finish your concept. If your locations can be shot cleanly in one day, that is all we use; if extensive lighting and setups require separate days, we spread the shoot out accordingly.

Renting Video Studios & Pre-Made Sets

Creative spaces and video studios (such as standing jail cells, bank vaults, or cyc-walls) operate on strict hourly rental windows. Setup and pack-up happen inside your rented window, not outside of it:

The Reality of Studio Time:

If you book a studio for 4 hours, you do not receive 4 hours of camera time:

  • First 45 Minutes: Bringing in gear, building cameras, routing power, and setting lights.

  • Next 2 Hours & 45 Minutes: Active filming time.

  • Final 30 Minutes: Breaking down gear and cleaning the space so the venue does not charge late fees.

    Always book your studio time with this setup and pack-down window in mind so your performance time is protected.

Directorial Roles on Set

  • Entry Level & Type C (Solo / Small Crew): Bryce Howard operates the camera and directs at the same time. This setup works best if you already have your performance style, wardrobe, and camera presence locked in.

  • Type B & Type A (Dedicated Director): You have an independent Director on set who does not handle cameras. Their sole focus is on you—coaching your performance, directing body language and facial expressions, managing scene pacing, and guiding actors in skits to achieve a commercial-grade look.

Booking & Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your dates on the production calendar.

  • Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due on the first day of shooting before any equipment is unloaded or cameras roll.

  • Overtime: If you choose to film past your agreed daily cap (5 hours for Entry Level, 8 hours for Types C, B, and A), extra time must be approved prior to pack-down and will be billed at standard hourly overtime rates.
